**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**: Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, databases, and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing requirements, culture, and specific job criteria to ensure successful placements.
- **Job Posting & Advertising**: Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract healthcare professionals.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and requirements in the Indian healthcare sector, including changes in regulations, certifications, and healthcare employment trends.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector, or within the Indian staffing industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry in India, including healthcare roles, certifications, and recruitment challenges.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages are a plus).
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with recruitment software, job boards, social media, and CRM systems. Proficient in MS Office tools.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
