Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Shift: Night**: 06:30 PM- 03:30 AM

Experience: Fresher to 2-3 Years Experience

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Delivery Manager / Recruiting Manager will be responsible for fulfilment of vacancies related to the healthcare industry. - In US (EST) Time zone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to revert and submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 3+ months or more experience of Full Cycle Recruiting particularly in healthcare domain for US staffing and recruiting industry.
- Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
- Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
- Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
