**Job description**

Athena Medtech Private Limited is a US Healthcare Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment efforts of a US-based healthcare staffing agency. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to fill various positions within the US healthcare industry. This role requires an understanding of the US healthcare system, regulations, and specific job requirements, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with US healthcare facilities to book RNs and other medical professionals for available shifts or utilize the client's current database of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient staffing and appointment scheduling. This involves managing shift changes, cancellations, and any last-minute staffing needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ability to handle scheduling complexities and promptly address staffing gaps is essential to maintain smooth operations and provide quality healthcare services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment or a similar role with knowledge of US healthcare regulations & licensing.
- Familiarity with various US healthcare job roles, such as nurses, physicians, medical technologists, etc.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, VMS, ATS, and other relevant software.
