**Healthcare Recruiter**

We are a leading healthcare recruitment agency seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients in the US healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and recruit top healthcare professionals for our clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful placements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on nurses and allied health care professionals.
- Proven track record of successful placements in the healthcare staffing agency or hospital talent acquisition department.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills particularly with different tax terms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its various specialties.
- Ability to work onsite in the US shift
- Experience working with third-party vendors for quick resume sourcing.
- Proficiency in recruitment techniques including headhunting, networking, referrals, and internet-based tools.
- Experience with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, MSP, and VMS portals.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Monster, DICE, CB, and other open-source platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

**Desired Skills**:

- Expertise in hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B & TN Visa holders on W2, 1099, and C2C terms.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms like Dice, Monster, CB, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in hiring for hourly, salaried, and subcontracting positions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,175.64 - ₹35,421.88 per month
