We are looking for a** **Federal Healthcare Recruiter** to provide recruitment for our Healthcare Contingent Staffing Division. Fosters relationships with clients and other leadership professionals.

Our Healthcare Contingent Staffing Division places professionals in the healthcare industry including: RNs, X-ray Techs, LVNs, Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistants around the US.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full lifecycle recruitment and develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent in healthcare PR.
- Design and implement recruitment initiatives that align with the strategic direction of the agency and drive a strong employer branding strategy.
- Enhance sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, building a pipeline of diversified talent.
- Partner with Senior Group Director of Talent Acquisition to drive vision and perform best-in-class recruiting strategies and initiatives.
- Utilize market intelligence to inform compensation strategy and related discussions surrounding base salary vs. total compensation.
