We are seeking for US Healthcare Recruiter and they are responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various positions within the healthcare industry. They play a crucial role in meeting the staffing needs of healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities of a US Healthcare Recruiter:

- Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans. Creating job descriptions and advertising vacancies on relevant job boards, career portals, and healthcare websites.
- Consulting with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Collaborating in the development of recruitment and selection strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging job roles, and new healthcare technologies.
- Identifying key competitors and understanding their recruitment strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to attract and retain a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Extensive experience working on high volume contract.

Requirements for a US Healthcare Recruiter:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is often required, preferably in a related field such as Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or Business.
- A good understanding of healthcare industry trends, job roles, and qualifications is important in order to effectively recruit healthcare professionals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other technology platforms is often required in order to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards is necessary to ensure that the recruitment process is conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.
- Healthcare recruitment can often be demanding and fast-paced, requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
