**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and other requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on various roles within the industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and industry dynamics. Familiarity with different healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
