**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a recruitment strategy
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or Non
- IT Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches, networking, social media)
- Should have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal, Monster, Indeed
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Strong understanding of Non-IT roles and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Healthcare / Pharma roles
- Nurses, Doctors & Healthcare recruitment is big plus
- Understanding employment laws and regulations
