**Job Brief**:
The Executive - Business Development will be responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities within the USA Healthcare recruitment and staffing market to help us grow our footprint across the sectors.

**What You Will Do**:

- Research and identify USA recruitment/staffing firms (Healthcare, Allied, etc.)
- Support the sales team by nurturing cold prospects and warming up high-value targets.
- Use Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and automation tools to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Keep CRM records sharp, track KPIs, and surface new market intelligence.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of international B2B sales or lead generation experience in US Healthcare and staffing market
- 3+ Years of Experience with Healthcare RPO.
- Well-versed in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation tools.
- Strong communicatorclear, concise, confident (written + verbal).
- Research-driven mindset: curious, analytical, and always seeking angles that convert.
- Self-starter attitude : You own your targets, your time, and your growth.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
