**TITLE: US HEALTHCARE RECRUITER**
**LOCATION**:401, VIVA ATELIER, NEAR STATUE CIRCLE, NARANPURA, AHMEDABAD** **380013**
**WORK HOURS: 7PM TO 4AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 12+ months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in healthcare domain for US staffing and recruiting industry.
- Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.
- Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
- Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.
- Comfortable to work in night shift (7.30PM to 4.30AM IST).
- Must be interested in either technology, sports, fitness, creative writing, art & craft, travel or architecture.

**Note: This is not a remote opportunity and select individuals will be required to work from our Ahmedabad facility.
