**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Help the Sales team in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Conduct market research, gather potential leads, and help build a solid sales pipeline.
- **Proposal Creation**: Help create sales presentations, proposals, and customized offers for prospective clients.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate lead and client information.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to help shape sales strategies.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop new business strategies.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Reporting**: Track progress on sales initiatives, generate reports, and provide feedback to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of IT products or services is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
