Job Title: Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing Services (New Client Acquisition Focus)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.

This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.

You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic individual contributor with a proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, specifically in onboarding new business.

This is not an account management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: This is your primary focus. Identify and engage decision-makers at target organizations to generate new business opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, client segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment of staffing needs.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 years of proven success in IT staffing sales with a demonstrated focus on new client acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the US IT market and staffing ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to exceed targets.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling IT staffing services.
  • Existing network of contacts within target industries.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and ATS.
  • Familiarity with various job boards and online networking platforms (e.g., Recruiter).
