We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in US staffing and recruitment sales to drive strategic client acquisition, executive-level relationship management, and business growth initiatives.
This high-impact role demands a leader who can generate revenue, expand client portfolios, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client portfolio across direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- 5+ years of proven business development experience in the US staffing industry.
- Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Strong understanding of US staffing ecosystem, MSP/VMS partnerships, and compliance frameworks.
- Established network of senior decision-makers within the staffing/recruitment ecosystem.
