Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting our business development strategy, leading generation from various online channels, and building relationships with prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Lead Generation from various online platforms
  • Establish connections with C-level executives
  • Qualify prospects by mapping their pain points to our services
  • Buildding long-term relationships with prospects and focus on value selling
  • Identify opportunities through targeted research
  • End-to-end business development cycle management
  • Daily reporting to senior management
  • Assisting senior managers in lead generation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BBA, MBA, BCA)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development management
  • Experience working with IT service-based companies is preferred
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365
