Director - Strategic Alliance & Enterprise Partnership

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead alliances and enterprise partnerships that drive multi-crore ERP revenue growth.

  • Build, scale, and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and enterprise clients to accelerate ERP adoption.
  • Lead enterprise ERP sales across industries, with accountability for multi-crore revenue targets.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and business heads to shape digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive the complete ERP sales lifecycle-from opportunity creation to negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Design and execute partner-led go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, solution bundling, and ecosystem campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft tailored ERP solutions.
  • Expand HostBooks into new verticals and geographies through structured partner-led growth strategies.
  • Represent HostBooks at key forums, conferences, and CXO roundtables to position us as an ERP thought leader.
  • Provide market, customer, and competitor insights to inform product innovation and GTM strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Deep ERP Sales Expertise: 10-15 years in B2B enterprise technology sales, with 8+ years in ERP across multiple industries.
  • Proven Large-Deal Success: Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise ERP contracts.
  • Industry Breadth: Exposure to manufacturing, retail, logistics, BFSI, construction, or services sectors.
  • Partnership Leadership: Strong background in building and scaling strategic alliances, channels, and ecosystem relationships.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills at the CXO level.
  • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Ability to align sales plays with industry trends, business drivers, and growth opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: A proactive, results-driven leader with a bias for action and a passion for scaling businesses.
