Digital Marketing Director

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that will lead our digital marketing strategy, focusing on performance marketing, SEO/ASO, app ecosystem expansion, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing leadership roles and a proven track record of driving large-scale campaigns.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of our digital marketing strategy, manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, and ensure strong capability building within the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for optimizing performance marketing campaigns, leading CRM/ERP integration, and scaling adoption of emerging digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across performance marketing, SEO/ASO, app ecosystem, retention, and website growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 11 digital professionals, ensuring strong execution and capability building.
  • Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns, driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead CRM/ERP integration and scale adoption of emerging digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Taboola, C2WA, Performance Max, Advantage+).
  • Launch and grow adoption of customer and channel-partner apps, achieving high engagement and sustained usage.
Your Background:
  • 16+ years of experience in senior digital marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale performance marketing, SEO/ASO, and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience in CRM/ERP integration and scaling new digital channels.
  • Strong track record of driving app ecosystem growth and digital adoption.
  • Strategic exposure to go-to-market planning across Indian and international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing digital teams.
