Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Performance Strategist to drive our digital marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ROI-focused digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and execution.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools to track ROAS, CTR, conversions, and footfalls.
  • Analyze click-through data and conversion metrics to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting.
  • Partner with the e-commerce team to align landing page experience, category traffic, and conversion goals.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive ROI-led campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in click data, traffic analysis, and performance reporting.
