Job Title: Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a skilled social media strategist to develop and implement our online presence.

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, videos, and code) to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness, and encourage community engagement.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective social media campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Platform Optimization: Set up and optimize company pages on each platform to increase content visibility.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor SEO and customer engagement; suggest content optimization strategies.
  • User Moderation: Moderate user-generated content in accordance with the moderation policy.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations, and product development.
  • Content Planning: Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to maintain consistent content flow.
  • Performance Metrics: Capture and analyze social media data/metrics and insights to measure campaign success and refine future campaigns.
  • Content Enhancement: Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and visually appealing.
  • Professional Network: Expand professional network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
