Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative solutions that address complex digital transformation needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop business cases suiting project objectives
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business and domains as required for the projects
- Evaluate base models and benchmark performance metrics
- Implement guardrails to prevent attacks like prompt injection, jail breaking, and prompt leaking
- Develop, deploy, and maintain auto-prompt solutions
- Train machine learning and deep learning models
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code using Python programming language
With over 8-10 years of experience in AI and Cognitive technologies, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement minimum standards for every use case involving prompt engineering.
Requirements:- Strong background in AI and Cognitive technologies (8-10 years)
- Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- Experience with prompt design, template creation, and tuning optimization for GenAI base models
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
