Job Title:

Digital Transformation Leader

Description:

This role focuses on driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and promoting continuous improvement in processes and ways of working within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive digital innovation as a change agent throughout the organization, promoting a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking.
  • Be an evangelist for digital technology and practices, fostering a digital mindset from top to bottom.
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to establish a robust digital ecosystem, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Measure return on investment for digital projects, refining approaches to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Establish a scalable structure for digital operations, developing a short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategy.
  • Create a best-practice operating model and governance framework across all digital service lines, including technology, UI/UX, SEO, etc.
Requirements:
  • Manage the team and organizational structure at Hogarth India, focusing on scalability and contingency planning.
  • Develop efficient ways of working that drive productivity across digital work types, such as web and app production, campaign production, design processes, front-end development best practices, etc.
  • Recognize and resolve operational challenges and project risks, prioritizing capacity planning, resource redundancy, handover management, timely recruitment, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and communication.
  • Mentor senior management team members to empower them to manage their teams efficiently.
  • Represent Hogarth India externally, engaging with WPP and clients.
