Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digitalization efforts within the Gas Services business by integrating Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems with pioneering digital tools and platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of digital technologies and automation to improve design, manufacturing, and service processes for our GS colleagues.
  • They will develop digital threads that connect disparate systems and enable seamless data flow across the product lifecycle.
  • A collaborative approach is essential as they work with IT and business leaders to define and implement digitalization strategies that align with our vision and digital strategy.
  • The successful candidate will ensure that PLM solutions support advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT for predictive maintenance and performance optimization.
  • Key responsibilities include advocating for digital processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and upskilling the workforce in digital competencies and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in digital technologies.
  • Longstanding experience in the PLM environment with a strong emphasis on digitalization.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and implementing digital solutions in a complex industrial environment.
  • Deep understanding of the digital lifecycle management of the Energy solution business.
  • Expertise in PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Comos, or similar, with a focus on digital integration and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to navigate across hierarchy levels interacting with experts throughout the organization.
