Leading a team of HRIS professionals, you will oversee the strategy and operations of our organization's HR information system. This includes designing, implementing, and managing the system to ensure it aligns with our organizational goals and enhances HR processes.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for HRIS that aligns with overall HR and organizational goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key system requirements and manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Establish data governance protocols to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of HRIS professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on HRIS initiatives.
  • Innovate and design future strategic solutions for HRIS.
  • Effectively manage change and lead large-scale organizational integrations and system revamps.
  • Provide user training and support, ensuring user manuals and resources are up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years (for Director) of experience in HRIS management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS software - SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle; related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards.
