AIF Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced AIF Compliance Officer to lead our trading compliance efforts.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing compliance and legal functions effectively, driving regulatory excellence across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive compliance strategies that meet or exceed regulatory requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of compliance initiatives, and providing expert guidance on regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.

  • Develop and implement robust compliance programs aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of compliance initiatives.
  • Provide in-depth guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and communicate complex compliance issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements for this role include professional qualification in law, finance, or a related field, minimum 9 years of experience in compliance and legal functions, preferably in the financial services sector, and strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including SEBI guidelines and IFSC regulations.
