Job Title: Asset Management Operations Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end operations for our PMS and AIF business lines. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution across front, middle, and back office functions.
About the Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead operational efficiency, client reporting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and integration with technology platforms in the asset management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations for PMS and AIF business lines.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution across front, middle, and back office functions.
- Focus on operational efficiency, client reporting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and integration with technology platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to scale operations for new fund launches or strategy expansions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 to 14 years of operations experience in Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or financial institutions with PMS and AIF operations focus.
- Hands-on experience in front-to-back operations for PMS and AIFs.
- Proven experience in managing Wealth Spectrum and Tats (or similar transaction accounting systems).
- Exposure to SEBI AIF Regulations, PMS Guidelines, and trust deed compliance.
