HR Associate

We are seeking an HR Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely guidance and query resolution to employees across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for questions and issues regarding HR related policies and procedure.
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and provide support to identify, analyze, and educate customers on additional informational resources available.
  • Maintain employee records in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is timely, accurate, and secure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources preferably in a Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
  • Knowledge and experience in technologies, tools, and applications such as ADP products, HRIS systems, SAP.
