Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of human resources functions and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new hires to enhance our team's diversity and talent pool.
  • Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development.
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees in a fair and equitable manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
