Senior HR Generalist Role

This role focuses on providing comprehensive human resources support and guidance to the organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting various HR functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: This involves addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations where necessary, creating tools and resources for managers to support performance management of staff, keeping HR Business Partners up-to-date on Employee Relation issues, serving as front-line support on absence management, and promoting a culture of trust and respect.
  • Employee Life-Cycle Management: This includes end-to-end onboarding, including position management, induction, and post-onboarding activities; coordination of probation review processes with managers and new hires; contributing to engagement initiatives and social cultural activities; overseeing monthly payroll inputs and validations; and ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing internal/external audits.
  • Performance Management: This involves partnering with Talent Management and HR Business Partners to roll out review processes, tracking progress and reporting on managers and leaders, and preparing for milestone activities like calibration meetings.
  • Compensation And Benefits: Work with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and the business on merit increases, bonuses, and equity adjustments, administer annual benefits renewals and benefit programs.
  • Learning & Development: Assist with company-wide training program delivery and support Talent Management as needed in L&D initiatives.
  • Other HR Initiatives: Continuously assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, support change management and organizational redesign efforts.
