Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function at our Pune office, overseeing all aspects of HR management. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, policy formulation, and organizational culture initiatives, in alignment with the company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continually enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on HR matters, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
Manage the performance management process, including appraisal cycles, setting objectives, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring market competitiveness, payroll management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Identify employee training needs, coordinate learning and development initiatives, and promote professional growth.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and central labor laws; conduct HR audits; and maintain accurate documentation.
Utilize HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems to streamline HR processes and maintain data integrity.
Drive employee engagement and champion Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) programs.
Collaborate with senior management and external partners to align HR strategy with business goals.
Lead HR aspects of organizational change, restructuring, or growth initiatives.
Uphold and promote the organization's core values and mission throughout all people practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist and/or managerial capacity with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in policy creation and implementation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, ethical, and adaptable, with effective leadership and team management abilities.
Hands-on experience in using HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems (preferred).
