">Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Implementation: Assist in the comprehensive implementation of the HRMS, including data collection, validation, migration, and testing.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, IT team, and software vendor to ensure seamless deployment and smooth operation.
  3. Process Documentation: Support in documenting existing HR processes and mapping them into the HRMS, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and help identify bugs or functionality gaps, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.
  5. HRMS Configuration: Provide administrative support in configuring the HRMS, including employee profiles, leave policies, workflows, and approvals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Training and Development: Assist in preparing training materials and help conduct training sessions for employees and managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the HRMS.
  7. Technical Support: Respond to user queries and escalate technical issues when necessary, providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic progress reports, providing valuable insights and data to inform business decisions.
  9. Professional Development: Stay updated on HRMS trends and best practices to provide recommendations for optimization, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach to human resource management.
