Job Title

A Human Resources Information System (HRIS) specialist is an expert in managing human resources data. They collect and analyze data to enhance HR strategies and processes, suggesting improvements for increased productivity and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the evaluation of HR systems to improve their functionality, including payroll management, employee core performance, and life cycle processes.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes through functional solutions.
  • Acting as a lead for ongoing HRIS system implementation, ensuring continued testing, configuration, security administration, report writing, and optimization post-launch.
  • Supporting HRIS systems, including needs analysis, research, design, quality control, deployment, training, and administration.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Darwin Box HRIS system.
  • Ability to manage new configurations of all modules and modifications.
  • Experience with security setup and role-based permissions.
  • Skilled in creating workflows and approval flows.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and advanced Excel tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
