Key Role: Human Resources Director
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR Operations: Direct end-to-end HR processes for technical and non-technical positions.
- Lead Recruitment: Partner with leadership to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
- Enhance Operational Effectiveness: Champion HR processes and initiatives that drive process automation.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring full adherence to compliance and audit requirements.
- Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate.
- HR Policy Deployment: Guide the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Fields: A minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup is required.
Deep Knowledge of Labor Laws: Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment is necessary.
