amazing companies that help feed the world provide life-saving medicine on a global scale and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better We welcome all makers forward thinkers and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work And if thats you we would love to have you join us We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist with 7 or more years of experience This is the role for you if you want to be part of an organisation which is in an exciting and evolving phase of its journey It gives you the opportunity to design lead and execute people solutions to bring business strategy for the assigned business The Global Engineering Business Services GEBS provides the best enterprise-wide solutions through robust processes and engineering practices by promoting a culture of innovation inclusion psychological safety and talent development for our diverse workforce to deliver business outcomes and value for customers You will be reporting to Manager HR Business Partner GEBS and have a hybrid schedule working in Hinjewadi Pune office As a Senior HR Generalist you will Collaborate with HR Partners and HR Centres of Expertise CoE colleagues to bring value and support to the business through the deployment of new and existing HR programs or tools including employee development performance management coaching team building compensation programs HR technology compliance programs early career recruitment and activities Lead corporate initiatives and programs such as employee engagement survey participation communication of results and action planning with leaders and their teams Partner with managers on their people priorities such as employee development career pathing retention actions annual merit compensation review cycle Advise and support managers to create and maintain a safe positive inclusive and engaging work environment in compliance with local laws where all employees feel valued and see Rockwell Automation as a place where they can do their best work Support managers to communicate and implement Diversity Equity Inclusion priorities Deliver HR training provided by the CoEs to managers and employees such as new manager onboarding Customize content for client group as needed Provide guidance to managers on performance management and actions required for improvement to prevent employee disputes Manage with input from manager and in cooperation with other HR colleagues all voluntary terminations and reductions in force including planning costing and documentation Ensure local policies procedures and employment documents are up to date according to local legal requirements Take a leadership role in company-wide changes such as restructuring and leading the associated change management efforts The Essentials - You Will Have 7 or more years people experiences in multi-national company internal customer mindset such as Software Service Hi-tech industry background Bachelor s degree or master s preferred in job related subject Good business sense and stakeholder engagement skills Ownership and good at driving people related strategies The Preferred -
