Job Description:
  • Plan, coordinate and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, and IT sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate (BBA/BMS/BA in HRM)
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager roles with expertise in employee engagement, conflict resolution, policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee benefits administration.
