Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and recruit high-caliber talent.
  • Effective Communication: Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Discretion and Good Judgement: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement in all situations.

Nurture a positive working environment by promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication. Participate in HR audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
