Job Title

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities, partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources requires planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and coach employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of improving talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees, with a focus on developing soft skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
