Job Title: HR Operations Executive

This is a challenging role that requires an individual to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless processes, including onboarding, employee records management, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and exit formalities.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
  • Assist in audits and prepare necessary HR reports and dashboards.
  • Support employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Handle HR documentation, such as offer letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, etc.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives for more efficient HR operations.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR domain experience with education industry.
