Role Description

HR operations, oversee employee relations, and develop and implement HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in handling HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
