Position Purpose:

Responsible for HR operations and compliance at MRF

Key Accountabilities

Role Descriptors

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment and coordinating with talent acquisition team as and when required depending on the seniority of the position.
  • Responsible to execute induction and assist in the on-boarding process in coordination with the HO HR team.
  • Responsible for compliance for respective MRF and coordinate with Manager IR & Compliance to ensure that all compliances are being followed effectively.
  • Responsible to coordinate with labor contractors for necessary documentation and invoice clearance.
  • Assist the HO team for payroll by providing necessary attendance inputs.
  • Responsible to ensure that the data regarding labors and contractors are updated in all systems on timely basis.
  • Responsible for employee engagement and reward recognition activities at MRF.
  • Responsible to execute and coordinate for necessary trainings at MRF.
  • Responsible for employee relations and experience at MRF.
  • Responsible to prepare and maintain necessary records and documents for audit purpose and lead the audits as and when required.
  • Implementation of ETI code
  • Assist the HO HR team for full and final settlement process.
  • Need to manage and onboard new vendors (Contractors and labourers).
  • Need to handle and resolve labor disputes and grievances.
  • Provide Training and Development program for the employees.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Qualification

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources , MSW/MBA/IR in HR
  • Knowledge of Law is an add-on
  • Well versed with IR & HR compliances and employee life cycle management
