About Us

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of human resources processes, including talent acquisition, talent management, and learning & development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement.
  • Talent Management: online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation process, exit interviews, analysis, pulse, and new joiners' feedback.
  • Internship Management.
  • Engagement: conceptualizing, planning, and executing engagement programs based on the employee engagement calendar.
  • Learning & Development: conducting HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualizing, and planning soft skills programs.
  • HR Projects: willing to take on HR projects in any talent-focused area and plan/executing them.
  • HR Analytics/Dashboards: creating dashboards/analytics of tasks executed and sending reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Achievement-oriented with a focus on task excellence regarding timeliness and quality of work.
  • Multitasking and comfortable working with multiple clients together with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in innovative solutioning, agile approach, and thinking on your feet would be advantageous.

Nice to Haves:

  • Good and consistent academic record.
  • MBA (HR) from a reputed college/university would be preferred.
