This pivotal position involves managing and developing the university's human resources, ensuring seamless communication, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee records maintenance in our HRMS software.
- HR reports preparation and analysis for management review.
- HR initiatives development and implementation using AI tools insights.
- Designing and implementing company policies to promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Managing employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
- Training & development programs organization to promote professional growth.
- Employee engagement activities driving to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Performance appraisal system management to drive high performance.
- Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets (minimum 2000+ employees).
- Primary role will be HR MIS, with secondary responsibilities as an HR Generalist.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
- Experience with HRMS systems and expertise in MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
