Holiday Partnerships and Marketing Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Holiday Partnerships and Marketing Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Holiday Business Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of our holiday business, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Partnership Management: Foster strong relationships with holiday partners, acting as an intermediary between them and our cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the Digital and Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotion strategies for holiday packages.
  • Promotion Planning: Devise and implement promotion plans for destination-based packages, focusing on repeat customer engagement.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for holiday business on a monthly basis.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop unique marketing campaigns with hotels and destination companies to promote package sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 1-2 years of experience in partnerships and marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
