Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at PressureJet Systems Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting new business opportunities in assigned verticals, identifying customer needs, and negotiating deals to closure.
2. Analyzing customer requirements and specifications to create techno-commercial quotations and estimates.
3. Ensuring timely submission and follow-up on proposals to meet customer expectations.
4. Negotiating sales agreements, including terms and conditions, to secure orders and revenue growth.
5. Managing sales order processing, including booking orders in Oracle ERP and customer registration in CRM systems.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products or services.
7. Maintaining payment follow-ups with customers to ensure timely releases of payments against orders.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Diploma in any specification, preferably mechanical.
3. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Hindi or one regional language.
4. Hands-on experience with computer operations, MS Office, CRM, or standard ERP systems.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8,50,000 - ₹11,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
