Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team at PUMA.

This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue and EBIT growth on one or more eCommerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion PUMA's D2C business on one or more eCommerce marketplaces, ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with external teams (marketplace org) and internal teams to achieve commercial goals.
  • Develop and support our business strategy in conjunction with the eCommerce leadership team.
  • Forecast and track commercial goals (topline & bottom-line) and specific strategic goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, preferably an MBA from a top-tier institution.
  • 4+ years of work experience in multi-functional business roles as a manager or consultant at industry-leading organizations or start-ups.
  • Excellent spreadsheet manipulation and modelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of P&L metrics.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills.
  • An interest in a broad range of functions from Marketing to Operations to Technology, and an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from each of these.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
  • A passion for Digital, eCommerce, and Sports, and the convergence of these areas.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
