Ecommerce Growth Strategist

At Servify, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Growth Strategist to drive the growth and success of our business on major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new business pipelines and managing end-to-end e-commerce initiatives across the organization.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our business. As an Ecommerce Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with brands and increasing our business with e-commerce partners and clients/brands;
- Owning the month-on-month top-line growth of plan sales in Amazon and Flipkart;
- Handling the end-to-end seller account journey on e-commerce platforms;
- Ensuring listing and maintenance of page hygiene of Servify products selling in all e-commerce platforms;
- Coordinating with e-commerce POC for solving daily operational issues and building overall understanding of the ecosystem for faster TAT;
- Building innovation and bringing new ideas to grow the business;
- Guarding customer experience through customer-centric decision making, policies, and processes;
- Building and maintaining data trackers for tracking the sales, traffic, and conversion of every product line;
- Continuously benchmarking with like-to-like industry competitors (India/Global, Offline/Online), and building scope for deliverables;
- Collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams within the org, managing diverse efforts, leveraging the teams for synergies, and delivering great sales/consumer outcomes;
- Building process documents capturing seller central learnings, POCs, how to reduce TAT etc;
- People management – Team's KRAs & People Development;
- New Business – Explore new opportunities outside the established platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 10+ years experience in individual contributor role, well-versed with e-commerce tools and eco-system;
- 6 to 8 years' work experience in e-commerce;
- Preferred work experience to handle seller support in Amazon, Flipkart;
- Should be analytical and metrics-driven;
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work as an independent contributor, work without supervision;
- Experience in managing mid-size team (3-5 Members);
- Passionate for growing the business;
- Adaptable to changes and understanding of software product;
- Go-getter attitude with good communication skills;
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (based on experience) + benefits.
