Ecommerce Growth Strategist

The Ecommerce Specialist at Servify will drive business growth and success on major e-commerce platforms, build new business pipelines, and manage end-to-end e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with brands to increase Servify's business with e-commerce partners and clients/brands.
- Oversight of month-on-month top-line growth of plan sales in Amazon and Flipkart.
- End-to-end management of seller account journeys on e-commerce platforms.
- Maintenance of page hygiene for Servify products selling across all e-commerce platforms.
- Collaboration with e-commerce POCs to resolve daily operational issues and enhance overall understanding of the ecosystem.
- Development of innovative ideas to grow the business.
- Guardrails for customer experience through customer-centric decision-making, policies, and processes.
- Data tracking for monitoring sales, traffic, and conversion of every product line.
- Benchmarking with industry competitors (India/global, offline/online) and identifying scope for deliverables.
- Cross-functional team collaboration, diverse effort management, leveraging teams for synergies, and delivering great sales/consumer outcomes.
- Process documentation capturing seller central learnings, POCs, and TAT reduction strategies.
- People Management – Team KRAs and People Development.
- New Business – Exploration of opportunities outside established platforms.
- 10+ years of experience in individual contributor roles, well-versed with e-commerce tools and ecosystems.
- 6 to 8 years' work experience in e-commerce.
- PREFERRED work experience handling seller support in Amazon, Flipkart.
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent contributor with ability to work without supervision.
- Experience managing mid-size teams (3-5 members).
- Passionate about growing the business.
- Adaptability to changes and understanding of software products.
- Go-getter attitude with good communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
