
Travel Sales Representative

Job Description:
">As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our international travel packages to potential customers.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls to provide detailed information about our offerings, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings.
You will also be responsible for following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
Experience with customer service and outbound calling
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
Ability to understand the nature of work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
