
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for providing excellent service.
This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any challenges that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Billing:
Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers, adhering to e-invoicing rules and regulations. - Customer Support:
Handle customer queries related to GST, e-waybill, insurance, and other products/services. - Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team when they are absent, ensuring continuity of sales operations. - Credit Control:
Manage credit control activities, including sending proforma invoices, following up on payments, and reconciling accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GST invoicing and e-waybill processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
