- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
