  5. Collaborate and innovate: Share feature requests and workarounds with the team to improve our products and services.
  6. Stay ahead of the curve: Inform customers about new features and functionalities as soon as they become available.
  7. Ensure resolution: Follow up with customers to ensure that all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  8. Amplify customer voice: Collect feedback directly from customers and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
