Job Overview
As a customer service representative, you play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate solutions to their issues. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, evaluating and escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing clear and concise solutions to their issues.
Evaluate customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions for future reference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure adherence to internal processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure situations, and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Basic understanding of customer service tools and CRM systems is beneficial, but not required.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply and can develop their skills under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
